Exploring Identities: Intro to Socio-Economic Status

Description

In this session, participants will explore the concepts of socioeconomic status, social class, and wealth vs. income.  Through group dialogue and activities, they will have the opportunity to discuss how these concepts can lead to exclusion both in and out of the workplace. Finally, participants will engage with practical strategies that may be applied to mitigate the negative impact of socioeconomic status bias on personal and organizational levels.
