Library Consultant-Continuing Education Coordinator

Position Summary - Provides support and consultation to library staff throughout Michigan and participates as a team member for library development statewide. Coordinates various statewide activities for the Library of Michigan within the Library Development department, including continuing education programs. Provides training and education to support Michigan libraries. The position advises the manager of Library Development and the Library Management Team on statewide library issues. The position represents the Library of Michigan at state and national levels, participates in pertinent professional associations and acquires continuing education essential to carry out job responsibilities.
