ILEAD Ohio Team Lab (January 14)

The State Library of Ohio and OhioNet are pleased to announce ILEAD Ohio is back in 2025. ILEAD Ohio is a transformative 9-month program designed to develop the leadership and project management skills of library staff across the state. By working in teams to address real community needs, participants will gain hands-on experience using collaborative and/or interactive tools. Whether you are a seasoned library professional or just starting your career, ILEAD Ohio helps you grow as a leader and a problem-solver.

In ILEAD Ohio, participants will form a team of four to five and apply as a group. If you are interested in applying to ILEAD Ohio but aren’t sure how to build a team, join us for one of two virtual ILEAD Team Lab events. During Team Labs, participants can brainstorm ideas and connect with other people who are looking for teammates. The ILEAD Ohio 2025 planning committee members will also be present to answer questions and provide guidance about building a team, coming up with a project idea, and applying for ILEAD Ohio.
