Michelle Bradley Joins OhioNet as Director of Consulting

We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Michelle Bradley as OhioNET’s Director of Consulting Services. As Director of Consulting Services, Michelle will develop a program of consulting services to meet the needs of OhioNet’s member libraries.

Michelle comes to us from her role as Manager of Engagement, Consulting and Training at the Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS), a library consortium that serves multi-type libraries in Indiana and Michigan. At MCLS, Michelle developed a program of consulting services that included strategic planning, change management, and meeting facilitation. Michelle’s previous experience also includes over 20 years working in public libraries in various capacities including public services, technical services, branch manager, assistant director and director of libraries in Florida and Indiana. She is proud to have managed one of the first joint-use public/community college libraries in the country during that time.

Michelle holds a BA in Advertising from Purdue University, an MLS from Indiana University, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from IUPUI. She is certified as an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator through the Center for Appreciative Inquiry. Michelle’s advanced credentialing includes a Certificate in Creating Positive Change from the Change Lab, a Certificate in Creating Wellbeing from the Wellbeing Lab, a Change Management Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), a Facilitation Skills Certificate from ATD, and a Consulting Skills Certificate from ATD. She is in the process of becoming a certified trainer in Conversations Worth Having: Using Appreciative Inquiry to Fuel Productive and Meaningful Engagement.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys travel, reading, learning, hiking, bike riding, kayaking, and birding. She shares her home with her husband Morgan, two dogs (Coco and Jagger), and one ironically named cat, called Itty Bitty Kitty.

Please join us in giving Michelle a warm welcome to the OhioNet team!
