OhioNet launches “Unlimited Possibilities” Consulting Services by offering a Strategic Planning Grant

As a result of our recent opportunity exploration of Ohio Libraries, OhioNet is launching our consulting services, “Unlimited Possibilities” to work with libraries on strategic planning, community opportunity explorations, survey design and analysis, workplace wellbeing, on-site staff workshops, and meeting facilitation. These services are just a start! Unlimited Possibilities, powered by OhioNet, seeks to “UPend” traditional consulting by acting as a partner in your library’s endeavors, utilizing inclusive practices rather than a top-down approach, and focusing on possibilities rather than problems. As part of our service development, we are offering a grant opportunity to our member libraries. This competitive grant will provide our consulting services free-of-charge to a selected library with financial need and capacity to work with the consultants over a 4-5 month period to experience the pilot journey of our strategic planning services. In return for these services, the awarded library will agree to provide us with feedback and testimonials. Deadline for the grant application is June 30, 2022.
