Sarah Probst Joins OhioNET as Electronic Resources Coordinator
We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Sarah Probst as OhioNET’s Electronic Resources (eResources) Coordinator. As eResources Coordinator, Sarah will lead the maintenance of OhioNET’s electronic resource management (ERM) software, ConsortiaManager, negotiate pricing and contract terms on behalf of members, and assist in troubleshooting access issues.
Sarah comes to us from her role as Member Services Coordinator at ConnectNY, a 15-member academic library consortium in New York. There, Sarah acted as the primary liaison between members and ConnectNY services and handled the organization’s communications needs, negotiated eResources contracts, managed product implementations, and coordinated events.
Sarah holds a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Music Technology (audio engineering) from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling, going to concerts, crocheting, needle felting, and cooking. She resides in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania with her husband and their two cats, Jack and Seraphina.
