Supercharge 2022 with OhioNet’s training benefits!
This fall, OhioNet launched a new website, which streamlines important features and information related to OhioNet’s training program. One of the biggest changes? Color-coding and filtering of events by training track. Our five unique training tracks are designed to give librarians and library staff a wide-range of professional development and continuing education opportunities.
Cultivating Connections – designed to facilitate collaboration and networking amongst library professionals in our state through teamwork, communication, presentation, and relationship building
Data Analysis & Assessment – for library professionals interested in learning how to collect, analyze, and visualize data in order to make better decisions
Fundamentals of Cataloging – providing librarians and staff with the theory, processes, and tools to develop their cataloging skills
Preservation & Access – essential skills and education on topics like digitization, copyright, collection management, and data maintenance and repair
Reference Skills & Resources – crucial education and tips for working with library resources, improving information literacy, and help with connecting patrons to data and resources they need
Head to www.ohionet.org/training to find a complete listing of all our upcoming sessions. Members will find the same sort and filter capabilities available in the Training Archive, too!
