Copyright in Action: Considerations for Instruction


The federal copyright statutes provide guidance for both in-person and online instruction situations. This session will describe our rights and responsibilities as information professionals under Section 110 of U.S. copyright legislation. 

Attendees of this webinar will have the opportunity to:

  • Briefly review basic tenets of copyright in the United States.
  • Explore Section 110 of U.S. copyright legislation.
  • Discuss the rights granted to educators and how to best exercise them.
