About this Job
The Executive Director and University Librarian is the chief administrative officer for the Cunningham Memorial Library and leads a team of highly qualified faculty and staff to implement the mission, goals, and strategy for the library. This is a twelve-month executive-level administrative position reporting directly to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Salary
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
Qualified candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in library and/or information science from an ALA-accredited program; have at least five years of substantial and progressively responsible administrative and supervisory experience in a library setting; relevant experience in organizational and fiscal management; effective communication skills; commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; a record of scholarly/creative accomplishments; and participation in the library/information science profession.
