Q: What benefits come with an OhioNET membership?
A: All members have the highest levels of discounts available to OhioNET on negotiated pricing for electronic resource licenses, equipment, and supplies purchases. All members also have access to free webinar training events. In-person events are half-off the non-member rates. 

We also have a Training Archive with recorded events from the past 12 months for on-demand use for all of our members through June 30, 2021.

Q: How are membership rates determined?
A: OhioNET membership rates are tiered, based on your organization’s materials budget.

Membership structure is tiered on collection budgets, as members share that information with the State Library or IPEDS for statistical reporting. In the lack of publicly reported data, self-reported data is used to determine the appropriate tier:

Level 1 from $0 to $150,000 $150
Level 2 from $150,001 to $250,000 $250
Level 3 from $250,001 to $500,000 $500
Level 4 from $500,001 to $1,000,000 $1000
